Having recently celebrated over 40 years in the auto industry, Mike Douglas has had much time to fine tune his way of doing business. "Customer respect and product knowledge are paramount" says Mike..."and more today than ever".

His 20 years with the Lapointe Group have been successful ones. Douglas is known amongst his peers in the business as having one of the highest percentages of customer repeat business & that speaks volumes.

As our Business manager, Chris is the one to help with all your financing needs for a vehicle purchase.  He has always been very involved with the community, spending five years with the Town of Petawawa volunteer fire department, playing on various hockey teams, and making frequent visits to the golf course.  Being in the area for over 20 years, Chris joined the Petawawa Toyota team 7 years ago, and is still currently residing in Petawawa with his girlfriend and little “Zeus”.

As one of the newest members of the Lapointe Group, I’m the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. I’m always happy to assist our customers in directing them to the right person. And as young as I may look, I have over 15 years experience in the customer service field and strive to make everyone smile around me. I was born and raised in the valley and am now raising my own family with same small town values!

Growing up in the military means a lot of his friends are stationed at CFB Petawawa and a lot of young soldiers drive vehicles from Steve.  But when he’s at home in Eganville his wife gives the orders and he marches to the beat of a different drummer…His son.

A local Eganville girl, who left her city career for a new one.  When not selling cars her active life involves her husband, daughter and long walks at the lake.  After 27 years in customer service along with her knowledge and confidence, makes her easy to do business with.

I am originally from Southern Ontario but I moved here two years ago to be with my fiancé who is a member of the Canadian Forces.  I brought with me ten years of customer service experience.  In that time, I have learned that the customers time is very valuable so I make sure that I offer a variety of different purchasing options which makes dealing with me an easy and pleasant experience

Known as Louis to those who know him best, Don is a loving husband and proud father of 3 wonderful children. Born and raised in the Pembroke/Petawawa area he grew up enjoying everything the Ottawa valley and Pontiac have to offer. A new addition to the Petawawa Toyota team, he has enjoyed a successful career in the sales and service industry for the past 14 years and like Toyota Don is always striving to be the best. So come on in and see Don and let him help you drive home the newest addition to your family. Oh! What a feeling!!!

Moving from the big city life to the Petawawa area has been quite an adjustment for me, but definitely one that I am getting more comfortable in as the weeks go by. Looking at my "baby face" you would not expect that I come with over 10 years experience in the selling industry. Starting out in the golf world selling anything from clubs to memberships I have come to realize how much I truly enjoy customer
service!

Marc is our service manager, working here 22 out of his 25 years in the automotive trade.  He was born and raised in the Alice Township area.  He is also bilingual, but most importantly “ He is a legend in our industry.”

Started life in Lake Dore, moved to Pembroke –still here.  I have been referred to as being an artistic animal lover…I suppose in the 19 years I’ve been at Petawawa Toyota parts and service dept.  I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many new people and being a part of some of our customers life experiences.  Most enjoyable, I would say is watching some of our future Toyota drivers growing up from infants to young adults.  How time flies!!

Born and raised in Pembroke, moved away for a couple of years only to return to get married and raise my own 2 girls in the area. I have had the pleasure of working in the customer service environment since I was 16 years old. During that time I’ve worked in many automotive and electronic businesses but working at Petawawa Toyota is working in a family atmosphere (sometimes dysfunctional) never the less a family for the past 8 years plus. The time I spent here at Petawawa Toyota, I’ve experienced the sense of team work from both service and sales bringing the customer service to a whole new level, matched by no other!!

Matthew joined our team about 2 years ago with over 10 years of customer care experience,  he is always willing to help our customers with a smile.  With the help of his fiancée he has planted roots in the Pembroke area and enjoys watching the Pembroke Lumber Kings play.
